Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and ImmigratEasy Inc., a company incorporated in Canada ("ImmigratEasy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using immigrateasy.com you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What ImmigratEasy is

ImmigratEasy is an independent educational and preparation tool for people considering Canadian immigration through Express Entry and related programs. It helps you understand the programs, estimate your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, organise your documents, practise for language tests, and prepare the forms you will submit yourself.

2. What ImmigratEasy is not

ImmigratEasy is not a law firm, not a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), and not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any government. Nothing on the service is legal advice or immigration advice. We do not represent you, we do not submit anything to IRCC on your behalf, and we do not communicate with IRCC for you.

Immi, our AI companion, and the AI grading in the Learning Hub produce educational information from the data you give them and from published IRCC sources. They can be wrong. Always verify critical steps against canada.ca or with a licensed representative before you act.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Every immigration decision is made by IRCC. Nothing on the service promises, predicts or guarantees an invitation, an approval, a score, a processing time, or any result. CRS estimates, cut-off figures, settlement-fund amounts and fees are drawn from published IRCC pages on the date shown beside them and can change without notice.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your account. One account per person; accounts are not transferable. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; see the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.

5. Founding membership and payment

The Founding Member plan is a one-time payment, in Canadian dollars, for lifetime access to the paid features of the service as they exist and as we develop them. "Lifetime" means for as long as ImmigratEasy operates the service. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices shown at checkout are final. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service for anyone other than yourself without their consent; upload content you do not have the right to share; attempt to access other users' data; copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the service; or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the documents, answers and text you put into the service. You give us the permission needed to store, process and display that content to you, including sending it to the AI providers that power Immi and the Learning Hub, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the service

We can add, change or remove features, and we can discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice by email, during which you can export or delete your data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ImmigratEasy is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information in the service, from a missed deadline, from an IRCC decision, or from interruption of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Alberta.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced by email or on the service before they take effect.
