Refund Policy

30 days, in full

If the Founding Member plan is not for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Fill in the short feedback form in Settings (five questions, about five minutes); it tells us what to improve and starts the refund.

How long it takes

We approve refunds within two business days of receiving the form. Stripe then returns the money to your card, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your account returns to the free Explorer plan. Your profile, documents and learning records stay in your account unless you delete it. The founding price will not be available again once refunded; a later purchase is at the price shown at that time.

After 30 days

Purchases are final after 30 days. If something is broken and we cannot fix it, write to us anyway and we will look at it case by case.
