By accessing or using ImmigratEasy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use our service.
What We Provide
We Do:

- •Help you organize your application documents
- •Match you to potential immigration programs
- •Provide AI-powered guidance through Immi
We Don't:
- •Provide legal advice or act as immigration consultants
- •Guarantee immigration outcomes or acceptance
- •Submit applications to IRCC on your behalf
- •Represent ourselves as affiliated with IRCC
- •Handle or store your IRCC credentials
Your Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information. Inaccurate data leads to incorrect calculations and recommendations.
Verify Everything
Always verify our calculations with official IRCC tools before submitting your application. Final decisions are made by IRCC, not ImmigratEasy.
Account Security
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password or let others access your account.
Legal Compliance
You must use our service lawfully and comply with all applicable immigration laws and regulations.
Limitations of Liability
Important Legal Notice:
- •ImmigratEasy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- •We are not liable for immigration application rejections or delays
- •We are not responsible for errors in IRCC's official rules or changes to policies
- •Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (currently $0 for basic features)
IRCC Disclaimer
ImmigratEasy is NOT affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We are ImmigratEasy Inc., a company incorporated federally in Canada under the Canada Business Corporations Act, providing educational tools. All final immigration decisions are made by IRCC, not by us.

Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ImmigratEasy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta.
